On-site services include three meals served each day, continuous observation of the physical and mental condition of each resident, personal laundry services, and on-going social and recreational activities.
Buyers will want to consider adding showers to 30 of the 33-units and moderize other elements for higher rent.

The Hacienda benefits from its proximity to many amenities in the heart of Old Town Tustin, including a nearby library, community center, senior center, farmers market, two shopping centers, several restaurants, a park, and a variety of other cultural amenities.
