Past mineral claims value have yielded up to 50% of land value for the mineral value. Purchase price for mineral claims today is $22,000 per acre. Qualifies for 1031 Exchange and qualifies for 401-K and IRA funds. Purchaser receives a recorded, transferable deed. This is not a stock, not leveraged with debt, and not a partnership interest. 60+ minerals have been located and proven including iron, magnesium, calcium and the ten minerals necessary for plant growth. The Minerals sell as soil amendment & reduce the amount of water necessary for plants. They are applied in solution or in pelletized form.
Mineral claims near Las Vegas/Henderson are on BLM land on west side of Interstate 15 Ivanpah corridor running south from Sloan to Jean, Nevada. This is an excellent site for development and may be auctioned by the BLM in the future. 7,000 people each month continue to relocate to the Las Vegas/Henderson area, and there is little land left. So Congress in 1998 passed the Southern Nevada Land Management Act of 1998 requiring the BLM to auction off roughly 3000 acres each 6 months to meet the need for developers to have land to develop. The best land has gone for $298,000 per acre at the last auction. The land is always auctioned off "subject to" the existing rights. Perfected and recorded mineral claims are existing rights and historically have received as much as 50% of the land value. For example, if the land sells for $300,000 per acre, the the mineral claim holder may receive 50% or $150,000 per acre. One needs to do one's own due diligence to evaluate this opportunity.
