The Tea Room restaurant is located in the Arcade Building in Arcadia, a historic building built in 1926 and restored in 1965. The arcade building has several other tenants and the upper floor is a hotel soon to undergo renovation. The charming restaurant occupies the front portion of the prestigious arcade building and also has an open-air promenade, which provides seating for 28+.

The restaurant is divided by the promenade; the last side has a charming dining room that seats 25, to the rear of the dining room is an oak staircase leading to a small office/storage room.

The west side of the promenade has three separate dining rooms seating 38. There are also two handicap restrooms and the well-arranged kitchen is in this portion of the leased space. The restaurant also leases a small space at rear of the building where a walk in freezer/refrigerator is housed.

Arcadia, Florida is the county seat of DeSoto County. An inland county it is bordered by Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, Hardee and Highlands counties. Easily reached from Florida s east coast via Hwy 70, a major connection to US Hwy 17, a major interstate highway, and also to I-75.
