The land is located approximately 22 miles SOUTH of Lake Charles, Louisiana and approximately 18 miles from Cameron, Louisiana. We are in a central, mid-parish location which makes getting to and from any area in this parish, or in neighboring Calcasieu Parish very easy.
The location is secluded enough so that there is absolutely no public traffic in the area.

***Other easy directions: From Interstate 10, you take exit 36 (which is the Cameron/Chloe exit)-
Exit to the south over US Hwy 90.(You will be on Hwy 397) Continue approx. 6 miles to the intersection of
Hwy 397 and Hwy 14. Take a left on Hwy 14 and stay on 14 through Holmwood, LA. (At Holmwood, LA 14 turns into LA 27.) Sty on 27 SOuth until you get to GIBBSTOWN BRIDGE. Right before you get on to the bridge, take a left at the small feeder road. Look for orange property markers.
Property begins in the center of the paved road and continues east along the Intracoastal Waterway.
The back part of the property is bordered with tall trees.
