Description

Unmatched facility with a 30,000 SF class 100/50,000 cleanroom, totally air conditioned space, controllable to with in few degrees in temperature and relative humidity. Built in 1988 and expanded in 1989 with six to eight inch floors, 18 to 20 clear height (43 foot may be possible) pre-cast concrete walls, a 10,000 pound service elevator, four docks and three drive-in doors. Process equipment in place as follows: Raw Materials ; Chemicals, Substrates - Chemical Process ; Micro Encapsulation; Solution preparations - Coating; Solution delivery (pumping), Application of fluid to substrate; Converting - Laminating Slitting, and sheeting.
