Description

Five and one-half story masonry industrial building containing 125,000 square feet of gross building area. Partition walls divide most of the former manufacturing lofts into multiple workshops and studios. The first level north side represents a single large retail bay currently used as a thrift store. The lower level south side includes a medical clinic, workshop and storage areas. The two elevators are manually operated. The main entry consists of a single metal passenger door located mid-building on the east elevation. A metal roll up door provides access at the southwest corner of the building. This is also the loading dock for the building which is street level. The thrift store has its own loading dock. Window air conditioners serve some of the units.
