Floor plates are column free with floor loads in excess of 50 pounds per square foot, and are the most efficient in the marketplace. The exterior walls are clad with a metal framed curtain wall system that is anchored to the substructure. The curtain wall has horizontal bands of tinted glazed vision panels. Four shipping and receiving docks; building security is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year with card access. Parking is serviced by the Vistula Garage and is connected to the building by an underground walkway. Executive reserved parking as well as valet service are available in the building.

Overlooking the Maumee River, One SeaGate is located adjacent to the intersection of Summit Street and Jackson Street in downtown Toledo, Ohio. The city of Toledo, which covers 84 square miles, is located at the heart of Northwest Ohio approximately 75 miles east of Indiana and 5 mile south of Michigan at the southwest corner of Lake Erie.
