It is on the heavily traveled roads (Georgia Avenue and Piney Branch Avenue) and also conveniently accessible by public transportation (seven days a week).

All our tenants are medical professionals and serving local residents including African Americans, Hispanics and immigrants speaking various foreign languages.

The building is secured by a secured access control system and security camera inside and outside of the building. In addition, during business hours, staff is on duty in the reception area of the main lobby. Building is open from 7:30 AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday and 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Building remain closed on Sunday and federal holidays. During non-business hours, only authorized persons have access to the building with valid proximity key.
