Description

458 acres in the Manti-LaSal range with water. Ideal for hunting, grazing, riding ATVs, camping and much more. Ranging from 9,050 to 9,850 feet in elevation, the property is situated southwest of Price, about 3.5 hours south of Salt Lake City. Bordered on the north, west and east by National Forest, the ground is in the heart of thousands of additional acres more of recreational opportunity. Joe' s Valley Reservoir is close to the ranch, providing additional opportunities for fishing and other great activities.

Tall pines and aspen cover a large portion of the property that is also interspersed with smaller brush grassy meadows, wild flowers and smaller brooks. Live water sources on the property are evident through Meetinghouse Creek which provides water in a one acre pond and numerous springs that originate on site. Seven recorded water rights will be transferred at the time of sale.

Wild game found on site includes elk, deer, grouse, bear, and bobcat. General deer permits pertain to the Southeastern Utah unit and may be obtained annually via drawing. Bull elk tags are available upon purchase (spike only) or may be drawn in the Central Utah Mountains Manti unit (any bull).

The property has been used for recreational purposes and limited grazing. Foresting took place in the late 90' s resulting in an improved road system that accesses approx. 2/3rds of the ranch.

Car access is available during the late spring, summer and fall however, four-wheel drive is recommended. Wintertime access is limited to snowmobile. The property is accessed via Highway 29 through Orangeville.

Zoning allows building on site (80 acres minimum).
