KFC has historically generated very, very high annual sales at this location for over 40 years! It has sitdown service inside, as well as a drive-thru window. Terrific signage on Lincolnway with two curbcuts for excellent ingress and egress.
East Lincolnway (US Hwy 30) runs through downtown Cheyenne. It is the major east/west thoroughfare and carries local traffic, downtown traffic, residential traffic and tourist traffic. Many rooftops are located within minutes of this site.
Cheyenne is the major city in Wyoming. The State Capitol is located 9 blocks away. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is about 5 blocks north of this location. I-25 is a mile south and I-80 is approximately 2 miles west.
