Description

South Shore Commons is a 1,000,000 sq.ft. town center project being built in south Hillsborough County along I-75. The project is proposing to turn sites over in late summer of 2009 with a grand opening of the center in March 2010. Three anchors and a movie theater are in the final stages of commitment.

The retail portion of the project will include department store anchors, several national big-box tenants and junior anchors, dozens of specialty retailers and a variety of dining options that include both casual and upscale restaurants.
