General Capital Partners ( GCP ) has been retained as the financial advisor for two hotels, the 130 key Ramada Inn in Zanesville, Ohio and the 177 key Holiday Inn in Dayton, Ohio. The hotels are being taken to a bankruptcy auction. Both hotels will be separate transactions and interested parties may bid on one or both. GCP will be accepting bids and backup bids for the hotels.
In order to be a Qualified Bidder, the potential purchaser must (i) submit a written bid to General Capital Partners on the approved asset purchase agreement no later than November 12th ( Bid Deadline )and (ii) deliver an earnest money deposit to debtor' s counsel for ten (10%) percent of the total proposed purchase price in the form of a certified check or wire transfer by the Bid Deadline.
