First foor of the HOtel is approx 19,000 square feet and 2nd floor is 19,000square feet. Two seperate buildings are 17' apart attached to each other by covered stairways and breezeways each building are 11,760 square feet total.
The Restaurant is approximately 28' x 55' which has a dinning area with table seating along with a 20' x 4' bar seating. The Kitchen is a Diner Style with kitchen appliances.
The in-ground Pool is 18' x 40' with a pool house of 20' x 20' at the north end of the pool.
