Go east on I-80 for 16 miles to the Independence Valley exit. Turn south to the access road paralleling I-80 and go back west for 1/2 mile. Turn left (south) for 9 1/2 miles to Warm Springs Ranch. Continue south about one mile and turn left (east). Go 1 3/4 miles to the intersection of an east/west dirt road. Continue straight for 4/10 of a mile. You will be at the northern border of the 640 acre sale parcel. Continue southeast for one quarter mile to the eastern edge of the parcel.
