Description

The owner had agreed to drop the price from $42,000,000 to $35,000,000 if he could make a cash deal and close within 50 days. We submitted several offers, but none were closed or accepted. This facility produces milk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and manages over 4,000 to 5,000 head of milk cows in an efficient way, less employees at greater efficiency than most dairy operations. Food security is important to our nation, and this facility is ideal in that it grows feed from farms owned by the dairy, and products are shipped to cheese processing plant just 30 miles away, saving transportation. Land has excellent water supplies. The facility has open areas, sheltered barns, milking barns, breeding and recovery areas, treatment medical barns. The owner indicated that the property had been sold, but later said he was going to keep the dairy because of rising milk prices. We recieved no commission or payment for marketing and cannot confirm if the property is sold. If you are a qualified buyer, we will be glad to represent you and make an offer to the seller.

We require a letter from your banker before we share detailed information. Qualified investors only,.

The subject has superior design, improvements, and efficiencies, plus a location ideal for grain and milk production.

Most of production is sold to cheese processing company just 25 miles away.
