Description

This ranch sits at the base of a group of mountains dominated by Antelope Peak with ranch operations generally facing South towards the Ruby Mountain range in gently sloping terrain through irrigated fields bounded by Trout Creek to the East and Burnt Creek on the western perimeter. The ranch can support 600 cow pairs with summer grazing and winter hay. Grazing is divided among two BLM permits and several sprinkler irrigated pastures. The 5,000 deeded acres and 5,000 BLM acres are contiguous with minor exceptions.
