PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. C.S.T. at the offices of High Ridge Partners, Inc. (140 South Dearborn, Suite 420, Chicago, Illinois 60603), Michael J. Eber, solely in his capacity as the court appointed receiver ( Receiver ) in the matter of The National Republic Bank of Chicago v. Butterfield Petroleum, LLC, et al, Case No. 12 CH 2003, pending in the Kane County Court, will conduct a Receiver' s Sale of property commonly known as 1395 Butterfield Road, Aurora, Illinois, 60502 (the Property ).

The Receiver is hereby soliciting offers; interested parties must submit offers by close of business on October 22, 2012.

The Property is currently operating as a BP branded station at the corner of Butterfield Road and Farnsworth Avenue. The site is 87,120 square feet with a 3,400 square foot convenience store, a 1,035 square foot automatic drive-thru tunnel carwash, and 10 dual sided multi-product dispensers under a 5,400 square foot canopy. The Property has three double walled fiberglass tanks, two holding 10,000 gallons and one holding 12,000 gallons.
