The line serves north Montgomery and industrial parks located ½ mile from the property. Owner has an option for an adjoining 100 acres directly to the south of the property. Property has approximately 2,000 feet of right of way along CSX railroad. Property has significant amount of sand and gravel that owner has begun to sell.

Northbelt Drive connects the property to the Northern By-pass (4 lane). The connection was designed to accommodate four lanes for future growth at the property. Stokes Road (county) borders the property to the north. This asphalt road dead ends at the property and connects to Lower Wetumpka Road. Lower Wetumpka Road runs east to US 231 and west to a tollway, which connects the Northern Bypass to Prattville, Alabama and I-65. Sanders Lane (city) borders the property to the east and connects to US 231.
