Via Port Florida Mall, soon to be renamed as "Village Lakes Promenade", is an enclosed regional mall in the City of Leesburg, Florida anchored by Belk, Sears, and Via Entertainment.

Opened in 1980, the mall has undergone a number
of expansions - AMC Theatres has expanded from six to twelve screens, Belk expanded its store into an adjacent storefront and Books-A-Million and PetSmart joined its list of notable national tenants.

In September 2014, Via Port Florida in Leesburg, Florida, formerly known as Lake Square Mall, was purchased by Via Properties, parent company of Via Port. Via Port executives undertook the development and construction services, which
included major renovations of the center court with the addition of a beautiful fountain, renovations of the food court area, restrooms, flooring and hardscaping, painting of the complete interior and front portion of the exterior, upgrading
of lighting for improved safety and energy efficiency, construction of new family restrooms and many other projects. Via Port developers plan for additional renovations with the proposed addition of new out-parcels and a Fun Zone that
includes a 22 lane bowling center and an arcade.

The mall is located in the greater Orlando area in Lake County, Florida. Leesburg is located about 45 minutes northwest of Orlando and one hour southeast of Ocala and accessed by Florida' s major north-south thoroughfare, I-75. As the only enclosed regional mall, situated in the retail hub of Lake County, on the primary east-west artery Highway 441, Via Port Florida has limited competition providing an expanded trade area of more than 25 miles.
