Bob Bates is the Vice President of Sales and Leasing for MOMENTUM Commercial Brokerage, a full service commercial brokerage, in Greensboro, NC. His primary focus is commercial sales and leasing. We represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all commercial transaction.
Bob started his real estate career with K. Hovnanian Homes as an on-site sales consultant. In 2003, he became Land Acquisition Manager for the Piedmont Triad. In this role, he was responsible for opening 14 new communities in 5 years. Most recently he has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial working with a variety of retail, medical, land and office clients. While at Coldwell Banker Commercial he assisted his clients with site selection, demographic analysis, zoning and ordinance opportunities and market analysis.
Before entering the real estate industry, Bob’s career was in the sales, marketing and product management. While working with local and Fortune 500 companies he developed various skill sets that assist him in understanding your business and needs.
Bob is an active member of the Realtor Commercial Alliance, Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, Triad Real Estate and Building Coalition (TREBIC), Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and Boy Scouts of America Troop 139.
