Gary Mills helps investors increase their wealth through strategic investments in value-added and distressed properties, including office, multi-family, retail and land developments.
Mills is currently engaged in several projects representing banks, receivers and investors in the Southeast. He has an extensive background in asset valuation, REO and receiverships, commercial and residential development, and investment property analysis.
Mills received an MBA from the University of West Florida and his BA from Stetson University, where he majored in Finance. He brings a unique economic perspective to clients through his more than 20 years in corporate finance and banking, as well as residential development, construction and property management prior to joining CBC Metro Brokers.
Mills is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and recent award winner and top producer for sales volume among Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers agents in 2010.
Gary invests his personal time as finance chairman and president of the board of the Cobb County Boys and Girls Clubs, and is an active member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Marietta with their daughter, Lauren, a recent UGA grad, and labs, Toccoa and Miss Dixie.
