Born and raised in the Sunny Hills area of Fullerton, California, Pesner has remained local to Orange County. In 1989, he began his residence in Yorba Linda and still lives there today. Previously, he served in the United States Navy, aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz Aircraft Carrier (CVN-68) under the Sea/College program. IPesner is also a commercial licensed Pilot with Instrument and Multi-engine Ratings.
