Opus East, L.L.C. is the newest member of the Opus Group and is the eastern regional operating company. Opus East is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, with a branch office in Philadelphia, and is actively pursuing build-to-suit, industrial, retail and office opportunities from Virginia to Maine.

With in-house capabilities in development, architecture and construction, Opus East is fast becoming a recognized full service real estate developer in the Mid-Atlantic region. Recent projects include the headquarters for Coherent Communications in Loudoun County, Virginia; a regional distribution and printing facility for the John Harland Company; a regional distribution facility for Mohawk Carpet and a 450,000 square foot, Target/Kohl's anchored power center near Columbia, Maryland.

Opus East's current activities include in excess of 2,200,000 square feet of speculative office, industrial and retail projects in Virginia, Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania.
