Opus West provides in-house architecture, construction management, real estate development and property management services to clients in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. The firm has been named Developer of the Year for the past seven years by the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Founded in 1979 as Opus Southwest Corporation, the company recently changed its name to Opus West Corporation, in reflection of the firm's increased presence in Northern and Southern California, and in markets across the Western United States. Opus West has completed or is developing more than 16 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout the West.
