Suggestion/Solution
Please make sure that you enter in your entire email address (i.e. name@address.com) when logging in along with your password. If this does not work please follow the steps below to retrieve your password.

I am continuously being routed back to the log in page after I put in my email address and password.
Suggestion/Solution
- Please make sure that you enter in your entire email address (i.e. name@address.com) when logging in.
- If you continue to get directed back to the Log In screen after attempting to log in with the correct email address and password, this may be a result of the security settings on your computer.
- Make sure that your computer is set to accept cookies so that you may login to LoopNet. To enable your cookies, you must first determine which browser type and version your computer is set on. Here are instructions on how to enable your cookies according to browser type and version:
For Macintosh
Internet Explorer 5.1:
- Go to "Edit" towards the top of the browser window.
- Select "Preferences."
- Go to "Receiving Files."
- Click on "Cookies."
- Click the "Accept Cookies" button
* If this option is NOT available, go to the dropdown menu and click "Ask for Each Site" on the "When Receiving Cookies" pop-up menu.
For PC’s
Internet Explorer 5.5:
- Go to "Tools"
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select the "Security" tab
- Click on "Default Level" (it should be set at "Medium")
- Make sure cookies are "Enabled"
Internet Explorer 6.0:
- Go to "Tools"
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select the "Privacy" tab
- Click on "Advanced"
- Check the box "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" (make sure both First-Party and Third-Party cookies are set at "Accept"
- Check the box "Always Allow Session Cookies"
Netscape 6.0 and above:
- Go to "Edit" - "Preferences"
- Select the "Advanced" tab
- Confirm that all Java Script boxes are checked.
- Select "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
- Also check the box "Warn me before accepting cookies"

- Update the necessary information and click "Update" to save your changes.

Update credit card information online by following the simple steps below:

- Click the "Change" link next to the payment method that you would like to update.
- Make the appropriate changes to your credit card information and click the "Submit" button.

How do I print my LoopNet invoice?
Print LoopNet invoices online by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to www.LoopNet.com and select the "My LoopNet" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "View Transaction History" link at the bottom of the "My Current Product Information" section.
- Find the invoice of interest and click the invoice number in the "View Invoice" column on the right.
- Click the "Print" button in Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your invoice.

How do I edit my existing listing?

If you would like to edit any property information on an existing listing, simply visit our site at www.loopnet.com and follow these instructions:
- Click on "My LoopNet" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Click on the "My Listings" tab
- Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button
- From the Management Center, click "Edit Property" or if a Lease Listing click "Add/Edit Spaces"
- Make any necessary changes to your listing and click "Next"
Any changes you make will automatically reflect on your listings.

Update status of your listing
How do I update the status of my listing?
Suggestion/Solution
To change the status of your listing, simply visit the LoopNet web site at www.loopnet.com:
- Click on "My LoopNet"
- Click on the "My Listings" tab
- Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button (pencil icon)
- Select the new status from the drop down and click "Save".
The status of your listing will automatically be updated.

Adding Graphics or Attachments
How do I add a photo or attachment to my listing?
Suggestion/Solution
- Once you complete data entry for adding a listing, you will be taken to the "Management Center" page as soon as you submit the listing. To add a photo or attachment to an existing listing, go to "My LoopNet," and click on the "My Listings" tab and click on the listing you would like to update.
- From the "Management Center" page, click the "Upload Main Photo" or "Add Attachments" icon.
- Select the "Type" of attachment you would like to post and enter a descriptive name in the "Name" field.
- Click "Browse" and select the file you would like to upload by clicking on the file once and then clicking "OK".
- Click "Submit" and the graphic will automatically appear in the attachments section of your listing or if you added the main photo it will automatically appear on the first page of your listing profile.

What size should my photo be to fit as the main picture?

An image with a Height of 328 pixels and Width of 246 pixels will fit in the main photo box.

Search Properties
I’m searching and I’m unable to retrieve any results.
Suggestion/Solution
We suggest starting with a broad search to get maximum results and then if necessary, narrowing your search by adding additional criteria. The less criteria you enter will yield more matches to your searching parameters. To do a broad search, please visit our site at www.loopnet.com and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Choose either "Quick Search for Sale" or "Quick Search for Lease"
- Select the Property Type(s)
- Select the State
- Enter the County or City
- Leave all other fields blank and click "Search"
When searching according to a particular county, please refrain from entering the word "county" in the field. For example, to search for properties in Orange County, simply enter "Orange" in the county field.

How do I search by Contact?

If you are interested in searching for a particular agent's listings, please visit our site at www.loopnet.com, and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Select either "Quick Search For Sale" or "Quick Search For Lease"
- Under the "Property Criteria" section, locate the "Contact's First Name" and "Last Name" fields and enter in the information
- Enter any additional criteria, and click "Search"

Can I search sold listings on LoopNet?
Suggestion/Solution
Only Active and In Contract listings will appear in a search results page. Sold listings are not available to view on our site. To determine the status of a listing, simply click on the Property Name of a listing from the Search Results page. "Listing Status" will appear under the Offering Summary section when viewing the listing, and will indicate whether a property is Active or In Contract.

Can I search by property address?

If you are interested in searching for a particular listing according to the property address, we suggest conducting an Advanced search. To conduct an Advanced Search, please visit our site at www.loopnet.com and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Select the Advanced Search
- Locate the Property Address field and enter the listing address
*NOTE: On the "For Sale" side, this field will be located under the "Specific Location Criteria" section. If this is a lease listing, it can be located under "Specific Criteria."
