Opus North Corporation, a full-service design/build development firm, is a member of the Opus Group, serving the north central portion of the United States. The company is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, with offices in Milwaukee, Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis.

Opus North has designed and built warehouses, office buildings, hotels, retail centers and manufacturing facilities for many large U.S. and international companies, and is well-known in Chicago and Milwaukee for its successful mixed-use business parks.

The company was recognized as the 1997 Developer of the Year at the 10th annual Commercial Real Estate Awards, sponsored by The Chicago Sun Times. This recognition was achieved through the successful development in 1997 of over 5.5 million square feet of space, including Butterfield Center for Business Industry, a 900-acre multi-use park located in Aurora, Illinois; Highland Landmark Office Park, a 42-acre office complex in Downers Grove; Carol Point Business Center, a 300-acre business park located in Carol Stream, Illinois, and Plainfield Business Center, Plainfield, Indiana, a 255 acre industrial park.
