Winner

The name of the prize winner may be obtained after June 11, 2012 and no later than September 15, 2012 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelop to: Marketing LoopNet Triple Crown Derby, Winner List Requests, 185 Berry St Suite 4000, San Francisco, CA 94107.

About the Promotion

The LoopNet Property Marketing Derby is a free sweepstakes in which members can automatically earn entries into a drawing for an iPad 4G LTE by using Pro Tools to create a Property Flyer, Property Website, and Email Campaign for their LoopNet listings.

Pro Tools is either included with their existing subscription plan or will be granted to them free of charge for the duration of this campaign.

Eligibility

To participate in the sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. In addition, you must have a free LoopNet membership and at least 1 listing on LoopNet (private or active). People can sign up for a free LoopNet membership at www.Loopnet.com. After obtaining a free LoopNet membership, if you need access to Pro Tools please email Promotions@LoopNet.com. You will be given free access to Pro Tools until June 8, 2012 11:59 pm PST. The Promotion is void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where prohibited by law. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of LoopNet Inc. ("Sponsor"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and promotional companies, any other participating prize sponsor, and any entity involved with or otherwise providing services related to the Promotion, (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. No registration is required for the sweepstakes.

LoopNet members will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes when they use Pro Tools to create a property flyer, create a property website, or create an email campaign for 1 or more of their listings on LoopNet.

LoopNet members can earn a maximum of 3 entries for the iPad drawing.

LoopNet members will receive a maximum of 1 entry for Creating a Property Flyer, a maximum of 1 entry for Creating a Property Website, and a maximum of 1 entry for Creating an Email Campaign* using Pro Tools for 1 or more of their LoopNet listings before 11:50pm PST June 8, 2012. All activities must be completed before the sweepstakes closes on June 8, 2012 11:50pm PST.

*The email campaign must be sent to at least one valid email address in order to qualify that activity as an entry. Entrants may only send emails to contacts that have willingly given them their email address and are thereby opted into communications from them. Entrants may not engage in spam-like activity.

How to Request Removal from the Sweepstakes

If a LoopNet member would like to opt-out and be removed from this sweepstakes they need to email Promotions@ LoopNet.com and request in the email to be removed from the Sweepstakes. Once this request is submitted, the request is considered final. All entries the member has earned are forfeited. Anyone that requests to be removed from the sweepstakes will receive an email with in 24 hours from Promotions@LoopNet.com with a confirmation of removal from the sweepstakes.

Conduct

By entering in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these official rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes.

Prizes/ Odds/Winner Notifications

One (1) iPad 4G LTE with a maximum retail value of $800.

One winner will be selected by a random drawing from all of the qualifying entries on June 11, 2012 and announced on the LoopNet blog.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

The prize winner will be notified within seven (7) business days via email, U.S. mail, telephone and/or by overnight courier. Each Prize winner will be required to fully complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"), together with any additional information (such as social security number or resident alien identification number), that may be required by Promotion Entities. The information provided in potential winner's Affidavit/Release must be correct and mirror the information provided in winner's Entry Information or potential winner will be disqualified. Except where prohibited by law, potential winner must return all such required documents within fourteen (14) days following attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the properly completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. Each Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 which documents the value of the prize for tax purposes. Any difference between actual value of a prize and the approximated value of a prize as stated in these Official Rules will not be awarded. All prizes will be awarded and distributed through email, US Mail, or UPS within 90 days of selection and notification.

Prize winners cannot assign or transfer the prize to another  person. Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute a different prize or  approximately equivalent or greater retail value. Ay depictions of the prizes  are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, State, local or other taxes,  if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. One (1) prize per  winner/household/Category. Prizes cannot be substituted for cash.

General Conditions: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

By entering, participants: (a) release and hold harmless Promotion Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in the Promotion, or while traveling to,preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity, and (b) grant to Promotion Entities the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Promotion.

Except where prohibited by law, a winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Promotion Entities and their designees to use such winner's name, address (city and state only), statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Promotion without further notice, compensation, consideration, review or consent.

Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that Prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Limitations of Liability: Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries, or for theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, entries. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Basic Game or the Promotion, by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, data entered by contestants. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing, that may occur (including but not limited to any such problems which may result in the ability to access the LoopNet Website or to process any transaction(s) in connection with the Sweepstakes). Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and, in its sole discretion, to award prizes only within that portion of the Entrant pool not affected by the disruption, if any. In addition, should the Sweepstakes be postponed, shortened, interrupted, modified, or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to award prizes at the time the Sweepstakes is affected, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
