What is Points for Perks?
Points for Perks is a Beta program that offers rewards for sharing property information, including sales comps. Participants can acquire 10 points for every sales comps or each property record they contribute new information or photos to, and then redeem the points for a variety of rewards. Participants have the opportunity to be recognized as a top contributor in our email campaigns and on the program website: www.LoopNet.com/PointsForPerks
What does Beta mean?
Beta means that this is a trial program. We may need to make some tweaks during the program to get it just right. Our goal is to make the program as valuable but fun. Thank you in advance for your flexibility!
How do I earn points?
You can earn 10 points for each property record by contributing a minimum of 2 facts or photos for that record or by submitting a sales comp. The information or comps you submit will be reviewed by our Research Team, and you’ll be awarded points if your contributions are approved by our Research Team and have not been previously contributed.
How will I know how many points I have?
We’ll email you weekly statements that will tell you your Lifetime and Available Points. If you have lost your most recent statement you can request your points balance by emailing Perks@LoopNet.com.
What’s the difference between Lifetime and Available Points?
Lifetime Points are the total points that you have accumulated, including any points that you have already redeemed for rewards. Available Points are the points that you have yet to redeem and can use toward your next reward.
What type of property information can I contribute?
We welcome a variety of property details, with an emphasis on the following information:
- Photos
- Sale details (Date, amount, buyer/seller info)
- Rental Rates
- Financials (Cap rate, NOI)
- Tenancy info (tenants, single vs multiple)
- Commercial property subtypes (especially for Industrial and Retail types)
- Building Class
- Building Size
- Number of parking spaces
- Year built
- Frontage
- # units
- Unit mix
- # buildings
- # stories
- Amenities
- Industrial: # dock high doors, clear height, power phase
How do I submit property information, photos or comps?
There are 4 easy ways!
- LoopNet property record
- Login to www.LoopNet.com and search for a property record.
- Open the record and click “Edit this record”.
- Fill out the information and click “Submit”.
- Email us a property flyer with the new information clearly highlighted
What are the rewards?
We’re offering a variety of rewards based on different point levels and interests, including LoopNet products. For a full list of rewards, refer to the Points for Perks Rewards page. We will be making updates to this page regularly and welcome feedback for suggested rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply fill out the Form to redeem your points.
When will I receive my reward?
Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your reward. We may process rewards sooner depending on the number of requests received.
