LoopNet generated 5 to 8 times more unique visitor traffic in May than any other commercial real estate marketplace, according to independent traffic monitoring services. LoopNet relies primarily on comScore reporting for unique visitor traffic statistics, which show that in May LoopNet increased its lead to 5.5 times the traffic of the next closest competitor (up from 5.0 times in April). "Commercial real estate professionals expect results for their marketing dollars and are sophisticated in their evaluation of ROI from their spend," said Thomas Byrne, LoopNet's President and COO. "Thus, we encourage all clients to use independent services, like the free tool available at Quantcast.com, to review the traffic statistics for LoopNet and other online marketing channels. According to Quantcast, LoopNet delivered 8.2 times the U.S. unique visitor traffic in May of any competitive service."
