Austin Subleases Increase
The amount of subleased office space in Austin, TX jumped more than 152% in Q3 from a year ago, to 803,152 sf, according to Grubb & Ellis. That's the fourth greatest increase among the 38 markets reviewed by the brokerage and amounts to 1.7% of the Austin market's inventory. Read Full Story

San Antonio's Industrial Vacancy Tightens

Las Vegas Office Vacancy Rate Rises
The office vacancy rate in Las Vegas reached its highest level in years, rising to 17% in Q3 from 13.2% during the same time last year, according to data from Applied Analysis. The Las Vegas research firm said that the city averaged a 9.7% vacancy rate over the past 10 years. Read Full Story
