Prior to his Partnership at Base 5 retail, Jeremy worked at Grubb & Ellis New Mexico and was among the top 3 producers for the past several years.

Experience: Jeremy is the exclusive tenant broker in New Mexico for Family Dollar, Smith s Fuel Centers, Yogurtland, Cricket and several other regional and local companies. Jeremy Also represents KIMCO, the nation s largest owner of Retail Strip centers. Jeremy s investment brokerage experience includes one of the largest investment sales in recent years in New Mexico and several other multi-million dollar deals.
