Access to the Manufactured Home Park and RV park areas is from Erland Point Road NW, a 2-way 2-lane asphalt road without sidewalks, curbs or gutters. Interior access is via asphalt streets. The subject site is level, the manufactured home section of the park has a few patios, walkways and some carports. There is no natural gas available to this area. The subject site is not located in a flood zone according to Community Panel #530092 0305B dated May 15, 1990. The utilities at the subject property are public; power (Puget Power), telephone (US West), water (Erland Point Water Company) and garbage (Brem-Air Disposal).
