Owner is looking at all offers and possible owner financing. It has a bar/restaurant, convenience store and gift shop, liquor store and RV Park. Nestled at 8560 elevation it has a high temperature of 85 F in summer. This is prime hunting, fishing, camping and 4-wheeling/ATV country. It is surrounded by national and state forestry lands. Less than one hour drive to Crested Butte and Monarch ski areas.
