St. Louis Surgical Center, LLC is a 21,823 SF building on two acres with 88 parking places. The facility is
located in the prestigious Creve Coeur area and within two miles of St. John' s Mercy Medical Center,
Missouri Baptist Medical Center and Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.
It opened for business in February 2005 with nine pre and post operating bays and five operating rooms
(14,718 SF). In January 2007 the development of the remaining spaces was completed with the addition
of two operating rooms and nine private overnight stay rooms. Each private overnight stay room is
equipped with medical gases, suction, full monitoring to a central nursing station, private bathrooms and
HD LCD television with satellite receivers. The entire facility was built to I-2 specifications and could be
converted into a short stay hospital in the future. The facility has eight foot hallways, an isolation room
and windows in each private patient care room.
There are approximately 85 credentialed physicians in the building with specialties including general,
vascular, colorectal, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, eye, urology, gynecology, breast and reconstructive as well as cosmetic surgery. T
