The Wiley is a Vermont Country Inn with 17 rooms & suites on 9.5 acres. We are licensed for 40 lodging guests and a 40 seat restaurant and bar area at fireside. We also uniquely combine two critical business requirements for success in Vermont: an outstanding location and a versatility of customer appeal.
Our Location: Surrounded by several of the best ski areas in southern Vermont, both downhill (Stratton,Bromley,Okemo) and cross-country (Wild Wings,Viking,Grafton) and just 8 miles east of Manchester VT, a popular tourist destination, the Wiley offers a multi-seasonal business opportunity.

Our Customer Base: The Wiley appeals to a comprehensive customer base. Couples love our romantic rooms with fireplaces and two person Jacuzzi tubs. They celebrate anniversaries, honeymoon and sometimes even propose in front of the beautiful fireplace in their guest room. We host small weddings, family reunions and small corporate groups.
The Wiley especially appeals to families. We feature spacious family rooms and suites, a lounge and a pool and playground too.

The Wiley is located in Peru, Vermont just 8 miles east of Manchester (outlets, galleries & restaurants galore). Albany airport is 90 minutes southwest, the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area is 4-5 hours south and Boston is just 3.5 hours away.
We are also 10 miles north of the Vermont Summer Festival, an annual 5-6 week horse show that attracts thousands of visitors (and guests) annually. For those who love our beautiful snow, we are surrounded by Vermont winter sports (skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides). And for those who escape the cities (and the suburbs) heat by traveling to the mountains, we offer all the best of southern Vermont' s Green Mountain summer activities (hiking, biking, golfing, fly fishing, canoeing & kayaking). With the exception of mud season (early spring) and stick season (late fall), the Wiley is truly an all season location for business investment.
