Beginning South of Grove on Highway 59, continue South 1.8 miles from Honey Creek Bridge, thence turn East on E. 330 Road/Stan Waite Road at "Whitewater Jamboree" sign and stay on blacktop E. 330 Road/Stan Waite Road for 3.4 miles, continuing until road bears right, staying on blacktop when road briefly becomes 640 Road, then turn left going straight East, passing Butler Church on left. Go another .4 mile, turn sharply right off blacktop road (directly after a "20 mph curved road" gold/black curved arrow highway sign and after the second of a series of four gold/black large upright "arrow" highway signs) onto a red gravel road, going through a double iron gate which is usually left open. This is a public road. Go about .3 mile on the red gravel road, to the entrance of the 480-acre Spring Valley Ranch. There is a mobile home on the right, approximately where property begins. Native stone home is farther up road. Ranch is located on S. 655 Road which is a public road, but because S. 655 Road dead-ends at the beginning of the 480 acres, it may be gated, for ultimate privacy.
