Waterfront seafood processing plant for sale. The sale includes a beautiful tract of waterfront property in coastal Carolina which includes 1565 feet of waterfront, 1380ft which has been bulkheaded. Processing plant can be used for blue crab proccessing, oyster shucking, fish packing and/or a combination of these activities. Local supply of fresh crabs, oysters and fish readily available. The 5,000 sq. ft. plant includes 4 walk in coolers. Also included outside of the plant and in the sale are a 12X60 office, a 24X42 shop which houses a generator and provides additional storage space and 2 freezers sizes 14X18 and 14X24. Also included is a 85 hp boiler which is new, 30 stainless steel cooking cages, pasteurization system and all equipment is in good condition. The plant can process 20-25,000 lbs of crab and between 200-300 bushels of oysters per day. The sale includes a respected brand name of Gull Rock Seafood which has been opeating under current ownership since 1984.
