The 104-unit Days Inn, Campton is an interior corridor hotel located on nearly 5 acres. It has recently undergone a property improvement program, which included updated siding, windows, roofing, boiler system, and laundry equipment. Additional improvements include 25-inch televisions in all second floor rooms, tile surrounds for the bathtubs, new carpeting, vinyl flooring, new mattresses and box springs, and a new phone system. Four of the rooms are currently off-line, one is used for maintenance and the other 3 for the manager's quarters.

Amenities include an indoor Olympic-sized pool with Jacuzzi, a hot rocks sauna and steam room, and a guest laundry. The hotel has a divisible 2500 square feet banquet facility with a capacity of 200; it is currently available for social and business events with use of an outside caterer. The property also includes a 150-seat restaurant with a 70-person lounge, which share a working fieldstone fireplace. Although the restaurant and lounge are currently not operating, it offers great potential to be reopened either by a new hotel owner with food and beverage experience or leased to an independent third party operator.

Located just off Interstate 93 at Exit 27, the property is one of the largest hotels in the area and consistently outperforms other competitors. The Days Inn Campton serves guests year round with lodging demand driven by tourists, business travelers, groups, family functions, college reunions, and weekend sporting events. It is positioned well to capture room sales from the heavy tourism and business travel in the White Mountains region. The interstate brings travelers from major U.S. Cities such as Boston, Providence, and New York to many of the major Canadian locations such as Montreal and Quebec.

The hotel is only 5 miles north of Plymouth State University, and 9 miles north of Speare Memorial Hospital. The town of Campton is within 25 miles of a number of well-known ski areas such as Cannon, Loon, Tenney and Waterville Valley. With its close proximity to New Hampshire' s Lakes Region, guests often stay at the resort during Laconia' s Bike Week and also during two NASCAR races a year at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH. Guests of the hotel can also take advantage of a wealth of outdoor activities.
