Glacier Bay Meadows is a 137-acre costal flats property at the mouth of Glacier Bay, Alaska. This property is a home base providing access to fisheries that anglers picture when they close their eyes. Here, all five species of salmon rush up the waters of the Good and Salmon Rivers to spawn and Dolly Varden hold year round. These rivers are both just a short walk from the property. Nearby rivers with two annual runs of steelhead, grayling and salmon can be reached by short drives or fly outs. An improved road, electrical and telephone lines and service are already in place on the otherwise undeveloped parcel. Adjacent lands are owned by The Nature Conservancy and the State of Alaska as the Dude Creek Critical Habitat Area for migrating Sandhill Cranes.
