Richard Boyle
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
As CEO and Chairman, Richard Boyle guides LoopNet's strategic direction.
Boyle joined LoopNet in 1999 as Vice President and was in charge of product and technology development and operations. He was promoted to President and CEO in 2001 and led the company to profitability and a successful initial public offering. After reaching annual revenues exceeding $70 million in 2007, Boyle continues to focus on LoopNet growth in his current role as Chief Executive Officer.
Boyle has spent over 18 years working for software and information services businesses. Prior to joining LoopNet, he was Senior Vice President of Products and Technology at Risk Management Solutions, the market leader in catastrophic risk management for insurers and other financial institutions. His experience also includes various positions in other software and information services businesses, including both engineering and management roles.
Boyle holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Thomas Byrne
President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Tom Byrne is responsible for the company's P&L and leads day-to-day business operations, marketing, sales, account management, engineering and product development of the company.
Byrne joined LoopNet in 2002 and was responsible for the marketing, sales, client service and account management efforts before being promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2008.
Prior to joining LoopNet, Byrne served as Group Vice President of NextCard's Secured Card business unit responsible for the business unit's P&L and for all functional groups including strategy, marketing, client services, portfolio management and finance. Byrne successfully led the NextCard business unit to cashflow breakeven and profitability. Prior to NextCard, Byrne held management positions at McKinsey & Company and spent five years with Prudential working in various investment capacities, including the Prudential Real Estate Group, in both commercial real estate and mortgage loan workout groups.
Byrne holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and has a B.S. of Electrical Engineering, with highest honors, from Georgia Tech.
Brent Stumme
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration
As Chief Financial Officer, Brent Stumme oversees the financial affairs of the company, capital formation and allocation, financial reporting to shareholders and maintaining communications with commercial bankers and the investment community.
Previously, Stumme was Senior Finance Executive of the $550-million CalMat division of Vulcan Materials Company, a New York Stock Exchange-listed construction materials firm. Before CalMat was acquired by Vulcan Materials, he was CalMat's Vice President and Corporate Controller, responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and building and improving the company's financial infrastructure. Stumme's other experience includes various financial management roles at The Coca-Cola Company and The Walt Disney Company.
Stumme holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Wayne Warthen
Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Information Technology
As Chief Technology Officer, Wayne Warthen directs LoopNet's data center and network operations, and oversees design and development of the company's Web and software applications.
Previously, he was Director of Internet Infrastructure, PC/LAN services and Business Development for Experian Information Solutions, where he developed the company's first nationwide Intranet solution. Wayne was also Director of the FileOne Computing Environment for TRW Information Systems.
Warthen holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University at Fullerton.
Jason Greenman
Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
As Chief Strategy Officer, Jason Greenman is responsible for corporate strategy as well as LoopNet's mergers & acquisitions activity, strategic investments, business development and strategic alliances. Greenman has been with LoopNet since 2001, and was previously Chief Product Officer, overseeing all of LoopNet's product lines.
Greenman joined LoopNet with over 12 years of strategic business development, marketing and product development experience, all at high-technology ventures. Prior to LoopNet, he co-founded and served as SVP, Business Development, for Clareon Corporation, a provider of internet-based electronic payment services to Fortune 500 corporations. At Clareon, Greenman negotiated strategic alliances with many major firms, including Morgan Stanley and FleetBoston Financial (now BofA).
From 1992 to 1998, Greenman held several positions with Infinity Financial Technology, a leading financial services software provider. He established the firm's European operations, forming key strategic alliances and making the firm's first sales in the region, and later built and managed the company's product management and marketing groups, as well as Infinity's global business development group. An early member of the management team at Infinity, Jason helped grow the company's annual revenues to $120 million, culminating in a successful IPO and ultimate acquisition by SunGard that valued the firm at over $500 million.
Greenman holds a Master's degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow. He also has a B.S. in Product Design with distinction from Stanford.
