President, LoopNet, Inc.
As President, Cameron Stewart is responsible for the company's product, design, marketing and business development. Additionally, he oversees the product roadmap and product development of the LoopNet marketplace and its affiliate sites CityFeet.com and Showcase.com.
Prior to his current role, Stewart served as the General Manager of CoStar Group’s land vertical overseeing LandsOfAmerica.com, LandAndFarm.com and LAND Magazine. Stewart joined LoopNet in 2006 working in various marketing roles.
Stewart holds a MBA from The Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and has a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
Vice President, Information Technology
As Vice President of Technology, Joe Albrecht oversees the design and development of LoopNet’s Web, Mobile Web, iOS/Android and back office software applications.
Albrecht joined LoopNet back in 1999 and contributed to the company going from start up to profitable public IPO in 2006. He again assisted in the very successful acquisition by CoStar Group in 2012. Prior to LoopNet Albrecht worked as a technology consultant for Lockhead Martin, the County of Orange, and was a Technology Manager at Bausch & Lomb.
Albrecht has over 20 years of experience in technology and development.
Vice President, LoopNet
As Vice President of LoopNet, Leah McMurtry is responsible for managing operations and aligning development resources to improve productivity, scalability and profitability. Since joining LoopNet in 2002, McMurtry has secured new corporate business and managed the LoopLink product and sales strategies, contributing to profitable operations.
Previously, McMurtry held positions in sales operations, corporate marketing and public relations in the technology and entertainment industries.
McMurtry holds a B.A. in Organizational & Technological Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Senior Director, Marketing
As Senior Director of Marketing, Michele Thiel manages the company's integrated marketing strategy, branding and member acquisition efforts. Thiel joined LoopNet in 2009 and contributed to the success of the business through the 2012 acquisition by CoStar.
Thiel has over 7 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, marketing, communications and client engagement. Michele's previous experience includes various roles in journalism, product marketing and marketing communications.
Michele has a B.A. in English Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
