The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting high performance and high availability web applications using ASP.NET Ajax, C#, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript and jQuery technologies to meet the company’s strategic objectives. He/she is also responsible for adhering to CoStar’s .NET and JavaScript development frameworks & best practices. In addition supporting and contributing to CoStar’s Agile/Scrum development process is an essential component of the Senior .NET developer role.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a must

Senior Product Manager, LoopNet Marketplace (Glendora)

As a Senior Product Manager you will help us build new services and iterate existing products that delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced and passionate team. The successful candidate will work easily with multiple business stakeholders and especially well with design and engineering teams to bring successful products to market. Once launched, you’ll be equally as passionate about helping marketing, sales and customer service deliver on their goals and about communicating challenges, successes and next steps. In this role, The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision and future direction for LoopNet’s information services products;understanding and analyzing customer needs and communicating those needs to other team members to build core product personas and use cases;working closely with user experience design, engineering, quality assurance, marketing and sales to strategize, plan, and build products and plans that meet aggressive expectations on usage and revenue; and being the expert and go-to person for our information services products throughout our organization.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4+ years in progressively successful product management roles
  • Experience in product development for information products, consumer facing web site/tools
  • Experience defining consumer needs on the web and launching products/functionality to meet those needs
  • Strong technical & analytical skills; experience with SQL ideal

Technical Manager (Orange County)

The Technical Manager provides project definition and implementation through hands-on management of his/her software development team leveraging Agile Scrum development and project management best practices defined by the company. He/she is responsible for the execution of software development projects to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and must work closely with Product Design & other technical managers.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of development experience
  • 2+ years of prior team management experience with minimum of two direct reports preferred
