Thomas McBride serves as a vice president for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of office, industrial and self-storage properties in the West San Fernando Valley and Ventura County areas. With over seven years of commercial real estate experience, McBride has completed over 150 transactions with a net value of more than $200 million.
McBride is part of Sperry Van Ness' San Fernando office investment team, a team with nearly 50 years of combined real estate experience.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, McBride served as a leasing agent for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he is still currently performing development and site location services for Fresenius Medical Care, a national medical client in the Western United States.
McBride is currently a candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He earned his bachelor degree in business administration from the California Lutheran University.CCIM Candidate
