The vacant land is one block west of Jones on W Sahara Avenue. The area has very low, retail vacancy rates and the traffic counts are some of the highest in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area off I-15 and I-215, respectively. Traffic counts on W Sahara Ave for 2006 were 52,000 cars a day a few blocks west and 57,500 a few blocks east. Nevada Energy employs around 1,000 people DIRECTLY ACROSS SAHARA FROM THIS SITE.
