100± acre Carlon Loop Road Tract, located a 10-minute drive from City of Longview, is one of the largest unzoned residential development tracts available for sale in the Longview/Kelso market. It has excellent access from Coal Creek Road south to Ocean Highway east to Longview and I-5, or west to the coast.
