The project’s design allows for excellent flexibility for tenants who require as much as 70,000 square feet on one floor or space from 3,000 to 200,000 square feet of contiguous space on multiple floors. Sullivan Center has unmatched access to all public transportation. The Building is adjacent to all major elevated trains, the subway and numerous bus routes. The Building is also a short distance to the major commuter train lines.
