William Allen, Managing Partner, Office Leasing
of the Triangle real estate market, consistently ranking among the region’s top brokers with a career leasing transaction volume totaling over $1.5 billion. In his newly expanded role, William will provide financial and operational oversight for the firm, while continuing to focus on his office leasing responsibilities. His extensive industry background and expertise, along with his communication and leadership skills uniquely position him to lead the firm and support its unique culture as it continues to grow and thrive. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, William served as a Principal with Avison Young. He began his
career as a leasing and marketing representative for Spectrum Properties before moving to Daniel
Corporation, where he acted as Director of Leasing for the firm’s Raleigh office.
William attended Woodberry Forest School, earned a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University, and has been involved in commercial real estate in the Triangle for over 25 years.
