ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre was constructed in the late 1970s and comprises a number of predominantly single-storey retail blocks. The shopping centre benefited from a £40 million extension and refurbishment programme in 2009 which saw it anchored by an ASDA superstore. In 2019, a £2 million refurbishment project of the public realm was completed with the installation of a public square alongside landscaping and street furniture. Chelmsley Wood is approximately 8 miles to the east of Birmingham and 5 miles to the north of Solihull.
