Our shopping center is called The Loop and is a 10 acre commercial development. We currently have our building permits in for phase one of the shopping center and should be grading in the next few months. Phase one will include a Sinclair gas station with convenience store with attached QSR with a Drive-Thru, a smog hut, an upscale tavern, as well as a fast food pad with double drive-thru.
We currently have two opportunities available;
1.) QSR that is +/- 1,700 square feet with a drive-thru. This QSR is attached to the convenience store, so this space will have cross access driving traffic for the QSR tenant. The QSR tenant would also share restrooms with the c-store. We will be delivering this space as a shell and the tenant will be completing the TI.
2.) Half acre pad available for Build To Suit or Ground Lease. Suitable for fast food up to 4,000 sq ft with a double drive-thru. Could also be a retail store, doctors office, animal hospital, dog boarding, etc.
