19.32.010 PURPOSE AND APPLICATION
The purpose of the General Commercial (C-2) District is to designate areas for the widest range of
retail commercial activities, including regional shopping centers and heavy commercial uses. The
C-2 District may also be combined with the Cluster (CL) Combining District to achieve innovative,
creative office or commercial development. The C-2 District should be located on major highways.
