Cory Kooperman, CCIM has been with Newmark since 2009 but has been active in both leasing and sales of commercial space for over 22 years. During her time at Equity, she was responsible for assembling the 100-acre site and leasing the first phase of Grandview Yard, totaling 80,000 square feet. Her efforts resulted in transactional volume in excess of $35 million earning her top producer recognition within the firm.

Ms. Kooperman began her career in 2001 at CBRE, as a member of a corporate services team specializing in office tenant representation. She provided real estate solutions to national and local corporate clients in site selection, lease negotiations and financial analysis for alternative locations.
